Hi Robin,

I am sorry that you will be unable to participate in person and I can only hope that this crisis passes fast. That said, at the last minute the best that we could do is to establish a webex for that portion of the meeting that will be projected into the session and have you lead the session via teleconference so I hope that this will work.

Please confirm if you will be able to participate in this session using the Webex and if you have any problems, please call my cellphone at 925-895-3111.

Sarah

I have been trying to push my flights around. There's just a lot of family health issues going on here.

If you had the phone connection and the slides up, I would be very happy to do the overview for the group.

Right now it is not a good thing for me to get on that plane in the morning. There are very high odds that I will be trapped and unable to get back here.

What are you thoughts?

Robin

Hello Robin,

Very sorry to hear of the crisis. I'm not sure about the webcast, we'd have to ensure full connectivity and such, as we didn't expect to need it. I DO know that there is wireless connectivity, so it may work...

I can't get on the flight at 8:00 AM.

I may have to cancel entirely. I am not sure at this time. Is it possible to participate via Web Cast?

Hi Darrel,

Are we good with receiving the slides from PB&SP and should I bring an overhead projector?

Can printed black and white notes be provided to attendees?

I can send you a version in that format.

Kind Regards,

Robin
