Hi,

I am working on a banner rotation system, the fact is that we have nearly 100 000 Impressions/Views a day.. We are recoding the system so I wanted to know if someone has experience with mysql with such a load.

The server is a PIII 733 512 Megs of ram and 2 18 Giga SCSI U2W.

Ok a View has about 100 Byte.. The size isn't a real problem, but what about speed of SELECTs, because of the detailed stats we offer!

100000 hits a day makes after a year 36.5 million rows. :)

Can MySQL handle that?!

What do I need to do ?!
