Hi Guys,

I am running Eventum 2.0.1 since last year. Before I was not using the '*Email Routing Interface' *option and Issue Auto Creation option. Just a few days before I enabled thses features and ERI seems to be running ok [I created one mail box setup for a project and fr other projects I am using dummy email setup]. All the emails are successfully associating with corresponding projects.

But I am not getting how to manage issue auto creation for different projects. The real mail box is set up as is.h...@eventum.position2.com and is associated with the project named IS Position2. So if a new mail comes to this mail box a new issue is created for this project [that means the set up is working fine]. But how will I set the feature for other projects !! Lets say I have a project named Effinfunny, should I set up another mail box , say effi...@eventum.position2.com and run another instance of the cron file to download mails with the arguments related to effi...@eventum.position2.com mail account. If yes then do I have to set all different mail boxes for different projects and run so many cron jobs? I am not clear with this feature. May be I am missing something.
