This is a good idea. This chart was designed initially for stock prices, which is why it does not support negative numbers. You can use other line chart gadgets for now. I passed your this gadget's author.

To enable losses to be tracked (as well as gains), the Interactive Time Series Chart would have to be changed to accept negative values.
