I'm having problems, seemingly after an Eventum server and URL migration. Eventum seems to work fine, but changing the Eventum sender address doesn't seem to register. Eventum is still sending out emails from the old address.

For example, I used to have the eventum address as support@stripped. After the URL migration, Eventum is now located at support.domain.net, and I changed the outgoing email settings (Eventum -> General Setup -> SMTP Settings) to send as support@stripped, however the emails are still coming from support@stripped.

Did I make the change in the right place?

This is Eventum 1.7.0 on Debian 3.1, Apache 1.3.33, PHP 4.3.10, MySQL 4.1.11

Did you ever resolved this issue from May 17? I am seeing a similar thing when trying to change the email address that email is being sent form.

Eventum also stores an email address per project. Look at Eventum -> Administration -> Manage Projects and check what you have specified there.

Thanks for the pointer Bryan - I had forgotten about that screen. That's where the old address is coming from.

Kind regards, Dan
