Following up on build 20020306, this development build cleans up a few minor quirks in the fax module, and adds adds a sample new_fax script that can be used as mgetty's new fax notification script.

Courier's new_fax script is a bit more convenient than the sample scripts in mgetty's distribution. Received faxes are converted to .png attachments, and are mailed to the designated mailbox. Courier's new_fax script configuration is editable from webadmin, or by manually editing its configuration file.
