Please, I have created a flash program that uses php3 files for it database. It works perfectly on my hard drive but when I upload it to my server, it doesn't read the files. Could you please let me know if there is documentation on what to do once php3 are moved to the server?

Sounds like a simple problem of the server being configured differently to your computer.

Ask the server admin if PHP has been installed first, if it hasn't, ask the admin to install and configure it. Then ask where it has been installed, and change your PHP script to suit.
