No. I used "Walters Way". I have verfified with the MS depends tool that the libraries are in the path.

Also: libmysql.dll loads when using cgi from IIS with the same php.ini.

Did you copy the dll files into system or system32 (don't remember well) on Windows folder?.

Is there any reason why (with the same environment, etc) when launched via apache server the php_mysql.dll cannot load
