What did you change it too? Id like to end these errors without putting a
large load on the server (there are like 10 other people using outlook in
the office)

The default Courier-IMAP configuration permits a maximum of four logins
from the same IP address.
Some versions of MS LookOut are notorious for opening up hundreds of
connections to the IMAP server, all at the same time, for no good
reasons.
You just made my day! My one gripe with Courier was some odd behavior in
Outlook Express. It did odd things (but never generated an error). Changing
max connections fixed it.
