Would you please explain what is possible and what not?

Depending on the harware (as Hellmuth explained) its sometimes impossible to get all information. But in many situations at least some information can be gathered. I'm interested primarily in B-channel usage info: I want to know which B-channel is free, which is used by an outgoing call and which by an incoming. This info should be derivable from the responses of the NT, even when the TE's info (i.e. destination number) is not known.

And if your ISDN gives you cost information, this should be available for all calls.

Martin
