Hi there
Do anyone know why the Issue # isn't attached to the subject line, when
creating a new mail ("Send Mail" button) from the Issue Overview screen ?
When replying an existing mail from within the system, picks up the
previous subject line fine, just like any other mail-application would,
but is a problem when I send out a completely new mail regarding the
Issue, that the system can't pick up the answer from the user/client when
it arrives to the Eventum mail-account. Instead it is picked up as a new
issue, because of the missing Issue #.
Is there anywhere in the code, I can change this my self or do you have a
ix for it ?
