Oh, well :)

Actually, I think that you didn't read further than the first paragraphs, where I am describing the differences of Jamdroid with actual systems.

Nice idea, but unfortunatly you for you this functionality already exists in Android: MapView.ToggleTraficOverlay().

very useful application that is handy where i live (bad traffic area). good luck!

More or less. I didn't know of Zipdash before your post, though!

For what I understand, it is aimed at predicting traffic on particular roads, a specific times; my application reports traffic in real-time, but does not make prediction!

Is the idea similar to Zipdash, a company which Google acquired a few years ago?

Hi folks!

I have been reading this group for a long time, but this is my first post, to announce that I just submitted a new application called Jamdroid.

Its goal is to analyse accurately the road traffic, based on information sent by any GPS user, in real-time.

If interested, fell free to have a look athttp://jamdroid.blogspot.com, where I posted a more detailled description, and if in good mood, post a comment!
