Maybe a third time would be a charm and particularly if you zipped the file
and then did a .xxx as file extension.

Smart servers they are... the Excel form was removed and that took away a
of what I hoped to illustrate. So please allow me to try one more time,
with ".xls.xxx" replaced with ".xxx". Hope it works, and if not, just send
New Year e-card....
