Subject:[maildropl] Help! Strange Authdaemon MySQL authentication problemActions...

Hi,

I am using Postfix + Courier + MySQL (with virtual accounts)

Everything was right when I was using Postfix "virtual" delivery. Then yesterday when I added Spamassassin, I changed the virtual transport delivery from the default "virtual" to "maildrop".

Then I found for some of my virtual alias (contains 19 virtual accounts), Maildrop has difficulty to authenticate them correctly, only some are authenticated, some return TEMPFAIL, error message is like this:

--------------> May 6 14:51:20 mail authdaemond: authmysql: TEMPFAIL - no more modules will be tried <---------------

The strange thing is that it seems this failure shows up after the authentication was successfully finished for the given account (at least other successfully authenticated accounts have all the same log except this last error message)

The exact accounts that can be authenticated either correctly or incorrectly change from time to time.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Kai
