If anyone wants PostgreSQL with support, but isn't interested in Red Hat's thing, PostgreSQL Inc sells commercial support. There are actually some other companies doing that too.

What is RedHat Database?

Postgresql.

Is anybody using it? How is it? Better than MySQL?

It's postgresql w/support, so the answer would be the same as regular postgresql vs. MySQL.

This means that it has things like foreign keys, stored procedures, triggers, subqueries etc. which are missing in MySQL. MySQL is probably a bit more optimized for doing simple queries/inserts, though.
