I must admit, I thought anything linked against libutil would be able to call setproctitle(3) (yes, I know that named doesn't). I also thought setproctitle(3) changes what you see via /proc. I could be wrong on either or both counts, but don't really feel like checking. ;-)

Regardless, you should still take my advice and contact Robert Watson if you're really interested in contributing to FreeBSD security.
