I don't have access to the firewall config (another company is the lan
installer for this customer) but i I make a ping to the IP, It responds, so I
think that is not dropping ICMP. What is giving me crazy is that they have
been working with another hosting service for 2 years without problem, and
now, is the only customer I have with this problem. I'm going to ask their
maintainer for the firewall config. Thanks!

We have a mail server (courier, postfix and mysql) with virtual domains
that was working perfectly until we added one domain. The problem with
this domain is that all the mail users are behind a linux firewall
(using iptables) and they check the mail every 5 minutes. When we
restart the courier servers (pop3, imap, authdaemon) all seems to be
working fine, but after a couple of hours, we can see too many
courierpop3login processes from this domain and the mail users can't
read the email
Is the Linux firewall dropping ICMP? Post its firewall configuration,
if you have it, so that we can advise you of errors.
