I have the same issue, the browser and the map can not connect to the internet ( via wireline and no proxy used) Any help will be welcome

i download Android SDK m5-rc15 for windows and installed on win-XP SP2. After search all google group, i still can't solve this problem. can anyone help me ? thanks a lot.
