could be faulty h/w, i just wanted to check..

ATM0/0 is down, line protocol is down Hardware is DSLSAR (with Alcatel ADSL Module)

IME about 20% of the WIC-1ADSL we have purchased in the last 3 months have been faulty - with the only clue either a lack of sync or unable to login.

Swaping the card has fixed all instantly.
