Courier-IMAP 4.0.4

This release adds support for access control list account groups. It uses the account options feature in the Courier-authentication library to assign individual accounts to account groups. Then, access control lists on virtual shared folders may be set for an entire account group, instead of an individual account.

The "administrators" group is reserved. Any account that belongs to the "administrators" group will automatically have all access rights on every accessible folder in every account.

Other minor enhancements:

• Optional setting to allow multiple messages to be placed in Outbox at the same time.

• Academical fix to mkimapdcert and mkpop3dcert to set the umask before creating the cert file.

• Rebuild against courier-authlib 0.57
