Yes, those hardware specs should be fine, though I would at least wait until the full source is released before committing to a hardware purchase. From what I understand, the only details about hardware requirements that have been released are Andy Rubin's comments during last week's conference call Q&A that Android will require "at minimum" the equivalent of a 200 MHz ARM 9 processor. No mention of memory or other requirements from what I can tell, other than that it will openly support multiple display sizes, keypads/configurations, etc.
