I see 'courier-0.42.2' has been resurrected in the FreeBSD ports tree. Yippeee!!

Thanks to Yarema <yd@CoolRat.org> for the effort!

One Question: I am on 0.39.3 which was the last ported version. Since the port has been dead for so long, is it safe to simply portupgrade? Or should I be preparing to de-install and re-install?
