I can now create reports. I still have to poll for the status and ignore the closed connection errors. Interestingly, it seems that every second call to getReportJobStatus works fine and the other calls throw the connection closed exception. Had to hack my program to ignore them but at least it's working.

This code has been in production for months without a hic-up.

Enough with the endless beta versions of the API. Ship the darn thing and stablize it.
