Hi,
apparently you want to enable a user script to alter a table? This is highly unusual, and probably suggests a defect in your data model (poor normalization).
My advice would be to review your data model (1NF: no repeated fields).

if not table exists then create *can do else if table exists then alter if not field exists then create
in SQL, can't find anything in the manual.
