Just to add a bit more info, the official timeframe is 1-2 weeks but it often does take much much longer.

Google does not maintain a presence on the Themes group; twice now a Googler has appeared, posted a couple of times within a few days, then vanished again. The Theme API community clearly just isn't a high priority for Google.

Nonetheless, I'd recommend posting about your missing themes over there, just on the off chance that it might get seen. Can't hurt!

How long does it take google to approve a them. 3 weeks ago my developer uploaded my theme to igoogle and we have yet to rercive any type if confirmation that is has been loaded. Furthermore when I search themes it does not show up. Does google actually have someone you can contact in regards to this?
