Well, there are like 50 or 75 users, just 10 use outlook.

What did you change it too? Id like to end these errors without putting a large load on the server (there are like 10 other people using outlook in the office)

16 right now but I'm still seeing some oddness. It should be fairly difficult to over load a machine with just 10 users (even if they're Outlook users).
