In this build:

* Added esmtpd-msa, a script to start the ESMTP server as a mail submission agent on port 587. I believe that Eudora can use the mail submission protocol port. esmtpd-msa is just a soft link to the esmtpd script, which then selects either the esmtpd or the esmtpd-msa configuration file, that sets the right port number to listen on. Installation notes have been updated to mention how to get esmtpd-msa running.

* Several improvements in logging.

* An option to require ESMTP authentication, before accepting any mail.
