How do I tell it to. Cause once I run the perl scripts that convert the mail, the maildirsize file is not present. So when I log onto the users's account with my webmail(imp found at www.horde.org) that uses courier imap function I get an error msg saying division by zero since it can't find the maildirsize file.

courier does that for you. just convert your mail and let it create the maildirsize automatically

Hello, I am migrating users from one server running sendmail to another server running postfix+courier-imap + mysql. I have successfully formated all users mail to a format courier will read. How do I create the maildirsize file? Or is there a program out there that calculates all the mail in a giving directory and generates the maildirsize file?
