I accidentally stumbled upon this today:
<http://www.freepatentsonline.com/7089492.html>
which seems to claim a patent on converting CALS tables to accessible
HTML tables, though it claims to do this *not solely* based on XSLT.
Could the DocBook XSLs (specifically e.g. the HTML export) be affected
in any way by this?
Given the fact that this patent was submitted in 2003 and it is easy to
prove that we had code for CALS->HTML several years before 2003 I think
that this patent is completely irrelevant.
