I just downloaded courier-imap 1.3.7 today because I've seen on the
qmail-homepage that this is an excellent imap-server which works very good with
qmail.

I'm using a patched qmail to authenticate users via mysql.

So I've tried to compile courier with authmysql. I've really tried anything !
removing the config.cache setting LDFLAGS and CFLAGS (It worked with qmail
anyway) I've tried different configure switches (--with-mysql-libs,
--with-mysql-includes, --without-authdaemon, --without-authvchkpw). I've copied the mysql include files into the authlib directory.

I *allways* get "mysql_config no" ...

I don't know anymore what to do ... Maybe my mysql version is to new ? I dunno
... I'm using 3.23.37 this is the latest.

Please help me out, I've got customers and they need imap ... *sigh* :-)
