Yes, but it can't do so while running as a courierfilter...unless I've missed a recent change somewhere.

At the moment, I have to call SpamAssassin from maildrop if I want to get markup on the messages.

Gordon's latest python filter can make changes from courier filters from what I understand. However, if you're using per-user bayes and prefs than remember that a message to multiple users will only go through SA once if called by a courierfilter, this might cause you some issues...

I am using per-user bayes and user_prefs, so that would probably rule out switching to a courierfilter at the moment anyway.
