squerelmail does have a basic email filter module called serversidefilters I beleave. Last I checked it was very basic and if you needed more options you needed to modify one of the php config files.

It's spelled "SquirrelMail" (which is different than SqWebMail).

The serversidefilters plugin for SquirrelMail is a fairly well-written web front end to filter controls:
