I cannot do it :(

Many people access server via POP3 / IMAP ... I cannot cut off service cause I'm doing some processing ... I just want that, from an external point of view, everything is working ...

If you need to stop delivery, just use "courier stop" to stop the courierd process while you do the upgrade.
