Hello everybody.

I implemented Eventum 2.0.1. The software worked great with everything, but since we use special characters
like "ñ", graphic accents "ó,á,í,ú" etc. I realize that if I use "UTF-8" as a
chartset in my Eventum config, these characters are not displaying correctly on
any page so I changed the charset to "ISO-5589-1". On version 1.7.1 the default charset was "ISO-5589-1" and suddenly, version 2
and forward uses "UTF-8" as a default charset. Everything worked fine in 2.0.1 with these special chars, even custom fields
content, issue details (issue metadata) and so on, but, few week ago, I
implemented release 2.1.1 and I made the same procedure, I changed the charset
to "ISO-5589-1" because that worked fine in 2.0.1,I setup the instance (I use
the same DB Server as 1.7.1 and 2.0.1 releases) but when I created custom fields
and filed them with special chars, these are not displaying correctly at all nor
stores correctly in DB. Is there any change in charset use in version 2 and forward? Am I using the correct charset? Why I am getting these differences?

Any help would be appreciated... Regards
